To cure the illnesses of such dragons, a band of eccentric doctors devotes their lives. This is the story of these passionate healers and the growth of two boys striving to join their ranks in this coming-of-age medical fantasy set in another world.

In this world, dragons are the creators of all. Wherever dragons reside, prosperity follows. Yet, when dragons fall ill, they bring destruction. The Dragon Medical Team exists to combat such calamities.

In the remote northern nation of Kalambas, a young boy named Ryou, a member of the oppressed Yapo people, is on the run from military police. Desperately, he makes his way to the airship docks, hoping to join The Dragon Medical Team, a place where even Yapo people can find a future. Along the way, he encounters Leonit, a privileged noble’s son, who also dreams of joining the corps. The two boys form an unlikely alliance and board the airship together—but their journey is only beginning…
