Set in an alternate timeline of Earth, in the year 2010. After a computer virus named “Pluto’s Kiss” crashes nearly every computer in the world, Internet access were blocked for the general public to address security concerns. As two years went by without the Internet and online games, an MMORPG called “The World” is released. Kite, who, after witnessing an abnormality in the game that causes his friend to go comatose, goes on a quest to unravel the mysteries behind the popular MMORPG, “The World”.
